Scoring you can argue with
Matching is deterministic, not a language model guessing. Every result can tell you which of your terms it hit, where it hit them, and what pulled the score down. When it ranks something badly you can see why and change it.
Interview preparation that goes deep
Live mock interviews that respond to your answers, company research pulled from the company's own site and public filings, ATS scoring on your resume, and offer comparison with cost of living factored in.

You apply at the source
There is no auto-apply and there never will be. Moonlighting sends you to the employer's own posting and gets out of the way. Mass-generated applications are the reason hiring pipelines are drowning, and we are not going to add to that.
Private by architecture
Every record is scoped to its owner at the database layer, not by remembering to add a filter in each query, and that isolation is covered by tests that fail the build if it breaks. Delete your account and your data goes with it.
We do not scrape people
No LinkedIn scraping, no bought contact databases, no enrichment. Contacts in your CRM are the ones you typed in yourself, because they are yours.
